Telesales / Telemarketing Opportunity – Leads Provided
Full Time (8 hours) – Monday To Friday – Flexible Hours
Santa Ana / Tustin Border location near the 5 / 55 freeway
$15-$17 an hour depending on experience
Transit Air Cargo, a trade show logistics company (shipping, trade show booths, etc.) is growing. We need a few telesales / telemarketing professionals to assist our Sales Team.
What you will do:
- Work alongside sales reps where you will contact companies that are attending trade shows
- Heavy prospecting by e-mail through salesforce.com to trade show exhibitors
- Follow-up on leads that review the e-mails
- Cold call leads that do not review the e-mails
- Qualify the lead according to established criteria
- Update salesforce.com notes based on prospect engagement
- Gather information for sales representatives to prepare a quote for shipping services
- Send qualified quote to Sales Manager for approval and distribution to sales rep
- Exhibit superior customer service throughout the engagement process.
What we expect you to have:
- Passionate about being on the telephone talking to prospects
- Experience working in a CRM system such as salesforce.com
- Minimum 1 year working in an inbound or outbound sales role with prospect / customer engagement
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Team player, individual contributions to support team goal
